I really enjoyed the course and how sessions became gradually more demanding. I liked the pace, Carolina took her time to explain how to do the postures and gave feedback as much as is possible over zoom. I liked the time of the course. It provided a great start to the day!

Carolina is a kind and caring therapist who carefully listens the clients before treating them. She understands alignment and posture and shares useful advice. She really helped easing my back pain. Highly recommended.

Very good class working week by week on improving yoga practice

Carolina is a fantastic yoga teacher! I have been going to her classes for about 4 years. Each class is different which adds variety to the classes. She always asks at the start if we’d liked to focus on a particular area, making it feel more personal and showing that she really cares about her student’s needs. I would highly recommend!

I have been a Massage client of Carolina for over two years and would highly recommend her, she is a very relaxed gentle person whose hand are magical. I am disabled and have a number of medical conditions one of them been Fibromyalgia another been Ehlers-Danlos-syndromes which causes pain. I have a treatment once a week and over time I have been able to lower my pain medication plus I have a much better understanding of my body as Carolina is very knowledgeable about anatomy. One of the highlights of my week is seen Carolina because I know my body will have some respite for a day or two

I love Caro’s classes! I first did them in person for a couple of years and continued with her online during and since the pandemic. I agree with her that we have grown together in our yoga journey. She has a calm and friendly approach. In person and online she is equally warm and welcoming and accommodating to everyone. At the beginning of class she checks how everyone is and if she hears you have a stiff neck or dodgy knees she ensures that she works on those in some part of her class. She brings a deep focus on technique. She offers different options to suit different people. She adds new techniques to get more from each pose as you progress as well as exploring new ones. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caro’s classes. She’s a genuinely lovely person as well.

I have been practicing yoga with Caro for several years. She is an amazing teacher and incredibly knowledgeable. Caro is responsive to the needs of both the group and to individuals. She has encouraged us to continue to grow in our yoga journey by creating a safe and positive environment.
